Job Description
We’re looking for an Agentic Engineer - Backend to design, build, and optimize backend systems that power WATI’s next-generation AI Agent products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years of development experience
- Hands-on experience (1,000+ hours) with LLMOps platforms such as Dify, Coze, n8n, LangChain, etc.
- Full-stack or backend development background with strong coding practices
- Solid understanding of AI agent frameworks and related technologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience in agent system or automation framework development is a plus
- Experience building AI Agent applications from scratch (0–1)
