Lead Product Manager - E-commerce

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the next phase of growth for Wati Commerce, our conversational commerce product that powers thousands of Shopify merchants today.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record building or scaling apps or integrations on Shopify, Shopline, Magento, or similar ecosystems
• Experience developing products for merchants or partners within the eCommerce / app store ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch, including product-market fit, customer validation, and scaling
• Strong technical aptitude
• Deep understanding of user experience, merchant workflows, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
