Job Description
Wati is seeking a Partner Team Lead to drive and scale its partner ecosystem across Latin America, with a focus on Mexico and Colombia. The role involves building and executing a regional partner strategy, leading a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales within SaaS
- Proven experience in building and scaling partner programs
- Strong commercial mindset, with ability to drive revenue through partnerships
- Experience managing or mentoring teams
- Hands-on profile, comfortable balancing strategy and execution
- Experience working with: Marketing agencies, CRM implementers, SaaS resellers or solution partners, Automation / MarTech ecosystems
- Strong understanding of LATAM markets, especially Mexico
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
