Senior Manager / Head of Business Intelligence

Wati is seeking a Senior Manager / Head of Business Intelligence to architect the intelligence layer and unlock data-driven insights for global growth. As a pivotal leader, you will own the "Insights-to-Impact" lifecycle, ensuring executives and functional leaders have clarity to make high-stakes decisions. Partner closely with GTM Leaders, Revops, Product & Engineering, Finance, Support and Peoples Team to translate complex data into strategic business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Data, BI, or Analytics
• Experience managing and scaling a data organization
• Experience navigating the shifting priorities and rapid pace of a scaling B2B SaaS environment
• Hunger for Business Influence
• Technical Fluency in data warehousing, ETL processes, and modern data stacks (specifically GCP/BigQuery)
• Communication Mastery
