Job Description
The Operations Coordinator helps power Watson Institute's People & Operations Team, ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of core operational systems. The role is responsible for supporting Talent, Financial, and IT operations, and requires a strong operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in building and maintaining scalable internal systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field
- Strong operational mindset and ability to build and strengthen systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate tech systems and build strong relationships across teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and workflow management tools
- Familiarity with SaaS-based tools and expense management platforms
