Job Description
Watson Institute is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its People & Operations Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of core operational systems. The Operations Coordinator will support Talent, Financial, and IT operations, and report to the Associate VP of Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a non-profit or startup environment
- Strong operational mindset, with ability to build, organize, and scale systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate tech systems, including Google Workspace Admin and Monday.com
