Program Lead (Contractor)

Watson Institute is seeking a Program Lead to manage and lead all elements of its Fellowship programs. The Program Lead will be responsible for planning and executing a 16-week Fellowship experience, leading core experiences, and ensuring Fellows receive a structured and engaging journey. The Program Lead will also be responsible for leading Fellowship-related communications, community outreach and engagement initiatives, and curriculum oversight.
