Program Lead (Contractor)

Watson Institute is seeking a Program Lead to manage and lead all elements of its Fellowship programs. The Program Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a 16-week Fellowship experience, leading community outreach and engagement initiatives, and overseeing curriculum development. The role requires a strong passion for Watson Institute's mission, excellent interpersonal awareness, and experience as an entrepreneurial leader.
