Watson Institute powers transformative Fellowships to support entrepreneurs and leaders from underserved backgrounds. The Program Lead will manage and lead all elements of the Fellowship programs, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for Fellows and meeting key milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management or a related field
• Deep understanding of entrepreneurial leadership and the challenges faced by founders
• Strong interpersonal awareness and facilitation skills
• Experience working in a contractor or independent capacity
• Systems-oriented and highly organized approach to work
