Job Description
We're looking for a Facilities Officer to maintain Wave's buildings, operational areas, and equipment, and coordinate with third-party service providers. The role requires 3+ years of experience in Facilities, Office Management, or a similar position, and a Degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Facilities, Office Management or in a similar position
- A Degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field
- Fluency in English, French, and local languages
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Expertise in working with diverse stakeholders to achieve complex and challenging objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Good data analysis skills
