Job Description
We're making Africa the first cashless continent. We're looking for Field Officers to manage product rollouts in Cameroon and represent Wave, oversee distribution and marketing, interact with and recruit users, and conduct interviews about their needs and concerns related to money transfer and financial services.
Requirements
- Fluent French, with ideally a good command of one additional local language.
- Medium English Level.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, specifically managing an agent network in Cameroon, including a minimum of 1 year of experience managing field-based teams
- Familiar with at least one of the regions listed.
