Support Recruiter

Join Wave's expanding talent team as a Support Recruiter to help make Africa the first cashless continent. Based in The Gambia, you will be responsible for mass/high-volume recruitment in our Support team, including coordinating recruitment days and medical checkups, and onboarding and integrating new employees.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Wolof
• A degree in HR, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent
• HR background and experience building effective partnerships and taking ownership of the entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring) would be an advantage
