The Lead Bartender & Sommelier maintains a welcoming environment while adhering to house and standard drink recipes and operating protocols.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in a lead bartending role with previous bartending history
- Full-time, flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Friendly and willing to work in a team environment and able to move according to the service needs of all dining areas
- Extensive knowledge of common cocktails, wine, and beer
- Maintain a high level of service during both busy and slow hours
- All applicants must have a current Food Handlers Card and OLCC permit
- A minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass company pre-employment background check
