Job Description
The Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation management
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job evaluation, and pay equity principles
- Experience with compensation surveys, benchmarking tools, and HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of FLSA, EEO, pay transparency, and other compensation-related labor laws
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Expert technical knowledge and analytical skills in the use of spreadsheets, specifically advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work accurately, confidentially, and comfortably with various levels of personnel
- Strong communication, consulting, and interpersonal abilities
