We Are Social is looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to help continue to define and implement influencer relationships and brand partnerships. The qualified candidate will be responsible for building talent strategies that drive measurable impact, mentoring a high-performing team, and navigating complex negotiations with precision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Influencer and/or Talent Management experience
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle talent campaigns from sourcing to production
- In depth knowledge of the Talent and Partnership landscape
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with experience managing multiple projects while overseeing campaigns lead by junior team members
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external partners
- Loves networking and comfortable working influencer events which may include some weekend work
