Job description
Join Weave as a Founding GTM Engineer to build pipeline, partner with founders and engineers, and create technical enablement assets. Work directly with the CEO and CTO to automate sales and onboarding processes.
Build pipeline, create technical enablement assets, refine outbound, pricing, expansion, and playbooks, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Must have software engineering background, exceptional communication skills, and self-motivation. Nice-to-have experience selling developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or infrastructure software.
