Job Description
We are looking for a Product Designer to design intuitive, insightful, and actionable analytics experiences within Weave's platform. This designer will focus on evolving Weave's analytics capabilities from purely descriptive to predictive and prescriptive, helping small healthcare businesses make data-driven decisions that improve their operations and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Design end-to-end user experiences for analytics and reporting features
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the vision and roadmap for Weave's analytics capabilities
- Conduct user research with practice owners, office managers, and front-office staff to understand how they use data to run their businesses
- Use analytics tools to measure and validate design impact
- Ensure quality and cohesion across design handoffs and implementation
