As the VP of Partner Management, you will own the entire partner ecosystem strategy and execution across the organization, developing and scaling a partner landscape that accelerates revenue and creates value for customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Leadership, Strategic Alliances, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven track record of leading partner ecosystems that generate significant revenue impact.
- Experience managing and scaling global teams.
- Deep understanding of channel economics, GTM strategies, and partner lifecycle management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring complex partnership agreements.
- Highly strategic thinker with the ability to execute fast and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, including the preparation of executive-level presentations and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel to ensure strong relationships with partners and teams.
