Job Description
Web Summit is seeking a Delegation Executive to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new attendee groups across multiple global markets. The role focuses on engaging with key industries and leaders, providing valuable customer insights, and driving engagement with target communities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for data-driven outreach.
Requirements
- Prior experience in new business acquisition/development strategies across multiple markets (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English (phone communication required)
- A secondary language (Portuguese, Spanish, German or French) preferred
- Passion for using data to refine outreach campaigns
- Willingness to learn and drive
