Marketing Lead, EMEA

Webflow is seeking a Marketing Lead for the EMEA region to drive qualified pipeline growth. This role involves owning the demand strategy, executing integrated campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally within Sales, Development, and other teams. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and possess a strategic mindset to adapt programs for diverse markets while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or technology
• Experience leading programs in EMEA markets
• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau)
• Fluency in French or German a plus
