Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team at WebFX. This is a full-time position that will involve building financial infrastructure and planning, partnering with the SVP of Commercial and department heads, and owning the financial analysis behind strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of FP&A experience, with a focus on SaaS and recurring revenue metrics, and will be able to translate numbers into narratives and build infrastructure that matters.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of FP&A experience with at least 4 years at a PE-backed company
- Deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn cohort analysis, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
- Experience with a hybrid revenue model combining recurring services and software
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker is a strong advantage
