Job Description
WebFX is a $100M+ revenue, PE-backed digital marketing and revenue intelligence company. The Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is responsible for building financial infrastructure and leading the FP&A team to support the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of FP&A experience with at least 4 years at a PE-backed company
- Deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn cohort analysis, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
- Experience with a hybrid revenue model combining recurring services and software
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Looker
