Job Description
As a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Webster, you'll cultivate and grow a portfolio of business clients, manage existing relationships, and develop new business opportunities. You'll work with your team to execute against our segment strategy, contributing to net deposit growth, loan production, and revenue generation.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of Business Banking Relationship Management sales experience
- 5+ years of managing relationships/banking experience
- Understanding of different treasury management products & services
- Commercial lending experience, with ability to analyze, package and present prospective financing opportunities to senior leadership & credit
- Strong knowledge of business banking, bank profitability, commercial lending & treasury management products
- Exceptional business development skills & Entrepreneurial business management orientation
