Job Description
Wattpad is looking for a Digital Sales Account Executive to join their Direct Sales team. The ideal candidate is a hunter-style seller with a proven track record of identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing
- Proven ability to independently prospect and close deals with direct clients and agencies
- Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and selling creative marketing solutions beyond standard media buys
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, fandom culture, and the web-novel ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about achieving ambitious sales goals
