WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (Wattpad & WEBTOON Family of Brands)

5-8 years of sales experience, team-based sales environment, Bachelor's degree, and CRM system proficiency

Deep experience on the publisher-side of programmatic and direct advertising, experience managing cross-functional teams, and strong analytical and quantitative skills

5+ years of experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing, and a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background

Approximately 1+ year of IT experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently

2+ years of experience in budgeting, finance, purchasing, or procurement roles and fluency in Korean and English

8-12 years of experience leading and scaling design teams, strong design point of view, and ability to influence product direction through design narrative and user insight

Bachelor's degree in related field. 1-2 years experience in trust/community management (UGC moderation preferred). Native proficiency in French & German & strong tech skills

Bachelors or degree in related field. 1-2 yrs trust/safety experience with UGC. Native proficiency in Thai/Indonesian/Trad. Chinese

3-5 years of producing and editing experience, BA degree, and comprehensive knowledge of WEBTOON storytelling structure

2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting or business strategy. Strong analytical skills, project management, and organizational skills
