Job Description
WEBTOON Entertainment is a leading global entertainment company focused on comic and visual storytelling, particularly in mobile webcomic format. They are seeking a Trust & Safety Associate to assist with content moderation, appeals, and policy enforcement, supporting creator and user operations. The role requires detail orientation, a strong understanding of policies, and proficiency in multiple languages.
Requirements
- Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential violations of policies
- Conduct objective, fair, thorough, evidence based, unbiased, and timely investigations
- Provide support in resolving issues reported by moderation teams
- Work with other departments to track and resolve bugs and other technical issues
- Stay updated on current events and assist with policy research and analysis
- Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese
- Experience using Zendesk or other helpdesk software
- Strong proficiency with technology: Experience using Zendesk or other helpdesk software, Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office, etc
- Ability to understand and analyze complex cases
- Experience working with multicultural company
