[WEBTOON] Associate Director, Partners & Licensing

WEBTOON Entertainment is a leading global entertainment company seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join the WEBTOON Consumer Goods team as Associate Director, Partners and Licensing.

Requirements

• Developing a pipeline of opportunity IP from WEBTOON and Wattpad platforms and setting revenue targets for each.
• Identifying key licensing targets and strategizing pitches across multiple categories and territories.
• Negotiating and managing licensing contracts, collaborating with legal to ensure timely deal close.
• Creating annual sales budget and tracking monthly sales forecasts; communicating changes to the plan early and often.
• Mentoring and guiding Associate Manager, Partners + Licensing
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international partners to ensure long-term collaboration and growth.
• Attend events on behalf of the company as assigned.
