Contract Coordinator

Weckworth Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Coordinator to support our growing federal and commercial contracting operations.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in contract administration, program management, or sales support in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting government contracts strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data management skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
