We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive GCC acquisition and expansion initiatives, with a focus on identifying and closing large-scale enterprise deals while positioning the organization as a preferred partner for global companies establishing or scaling their GCCs in India.
Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales roles
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (USD 10M+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem, including setup, operations, and scaling models
- Experience in structuring and managing multi-dimensional deals involving technology, talent, and infrastructure
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CXO-level executives
- Strong business acumen across industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
