Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager – Full Stack Development to lead and mentor a team of engineers building scalable, high-performance products. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise and a solid understanding of frontend frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2-3 years in leadership or managerial roles
• Strong expertise in backend development with Node.js, Java, Python, or Go
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling distributed systems, multi-tenant architectures, and microservices
• Comprehensive understanding of full-stack architecture, covering frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and backend integration
• Proficient with databases (both SQL and NoSQL), caching solutions (Redis, Memcached), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong skills in problem-solving, system design, and software architecture
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
