Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or B2B product environments
- Strong hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach
- Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and client demos
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools
- Ability to create high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple prospects and priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
