This role involves being the internal voice of the customer, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex customer problems. The ideal candidate will bring genuine finance domain credibility, capable of engaging in thoughtful conversations with finance leaders on topics like revenue recognition, billing complexity, and close cycles, connecting these discussions back to product value.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting
- Practical experience performing revenue recognition using Excel and/or ERP systems
- Thorough understanding of the finance function, including the priorities and operations of controllers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic conceptual knowledge of software and AI architectures, APIs, and the ability to analyze workflows and usage challenges
