Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Focus on IT hiring by understanding technical job requirements and identifying suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates using multiple IT recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and hiring best practices.
