Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Technician will lead the team on the shop floor, ensure disruptions are quickly resolved, and work on preventive and periodical maintenance to minimize downtime. The role involves diagnosing, resolving, and performing maintenance on mechanical and electrical installations, as well as monitoring systems via advanced applications.
Requirements
- Completed MBO level 3 or 4 education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Flexible attitude and willingness to work in shifts and weekends
- Good command of the Dutch language (English is a plus)
- Experience in leading, motivating, and coaching colleagues
