Job Description
IT Support Analyst I provides on-site and remote support for workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and IoT devices. The role involves troubleshooting issues, escalating to technical experts, and managing IT tickets. The IT Support Analyst will also configure devices, manage network connectivity, and ensure security standards are met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree
- Approximately 2 years of IT Support experience in an Enterprise Environment
- Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS desktop support, iOS and Android mobile device support, and Exchange support in an Enterprise environment
