Maintenance Supervisor

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Charlotte, NC area in Concord. The role involves managing and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings. Strong trade skills and customer service experience are required.

Requirements

• 4 years trade related experience
• 1 year of hands on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Valid driver's license
• Transportation and tools
