Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for both people management and RN-level nursing care, overseeing the clinic staff and coordinating clinical flow to ensure quality of care standards are met.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with unencumbered RN license required
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of case management, care coordination, or related specialty preferred
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include nights, weekends, and overtime
