Clinical Nurse Manager

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. The Clinical Nurse Manager organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees clinic staff, and coordinates clinic workflows to ensure services are provided effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant healthcare field preferred
• Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
