Caregiver

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide aid to our participants and contribute to the care planning process as a member of our interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant in California (CNA) preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
