Caregiver

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. Our Home Care Assistants are a vital part of our team, providing aid to our participants in their homes as well as contributing to the care planning process as a member of our interdisciplinary team (IDT).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid Certification required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
