Director, Quality Operations

The Director, Quality Operations at WelbeHealth develops and implements an effective PACE quality program, oversees Quality Operations activities, and leads Quality Operations teams to ensure participant safety and regulatory readiness. This role is responsible for driving quality strategy, compliance excellence, and turning data into action to elevate quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in a QI/assurance Director/Manager role or in managing health/elder care programs with oversight of QI or compliance
• Three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
