Job Description
WelbeHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient-centered care to vulnerable seniors. The role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering interventions to maximize participant independence and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; master's preferred
- Two (2) years in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
- CPR and First Aid certification
