Occupational Therapist

At WelbeHealth, each participant of our program is guided by our interdisciplinary team (IDT) to provide quality patient-centered care. The Occupational Therapist coordinates and provides restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services, working closely with the PACE Physician, rehabilitation staff, and other IDT members to maximize participant independence and safety, as well as enhance performance of ADLs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred
• Two (2) years in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
