Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist coordinates and provides restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services, working closely with the PACE Physician, rehabilitation staff, and other IDT members to maximize participant independence and safety, as well as enhance performance of ADLs. This role offers work/life balance, long-term relationships with participants, and collaboration with other therapists, providers, and disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred
• Two (2) years in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
