Job Description
WelbeHealth is seeking an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to initiate, coordinate, and schedule the PACE eligibility and enrollment process for seniors. The successful candidate will provide great customer service, explain the enrollment process, and convert inquiries to home visits. Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable means of transportation
- Experience in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and/or Athena preferred
- Bilingual preferred
