Seen Health is revolutionizing senior care through the PACE model. The Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in driving participant growth and community engagement, serving as the first point of contact for prospective participants and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, outreach, or customer service.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is strongly preferred.
