Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at WelbeHealth, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing quality patient-centered care to vulnerable seniors. You will focus on care planning, coordination, and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services, and collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines to maximize independence and safety. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; master's or doctoral degree preferred
• Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
