Job Description
WELLSTAR is hiring a Director of Customer Operations, Billing Solutions. The role will lead operational performance, develop leaders, drive organizational design and change, own metrics and performance management, lead SaaS transformation and tool adoption, and plan workforce and financial performance.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in operations, service delivery, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in leading operational modernization initiatives
- Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships at any level
- Experience leading and managing large teams
- Highly analytical with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly master operational systems
