The DSO Account Manager for Los Angeles will primarily focus on gaining new Mid to Top Tier Hair Salons leveraging the Wella Color Portfolio and services, while maintaining and growing current Wella customers.
Requirements
- Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Target, profile, and work to convert key prospective salons and spas into customers
- Strategically and tactically develop a strong and profitable business partnership with salons
- Accurately report and forecast the business
- Effectively work with direct manager & cross-functional internal resources to plan and execute strategic plans with excellence
- Self-starter and ability to work independently with clear focus on deliverables
- Accountable for the success of the territory
