Field Education Business Manager

The Field Education Business Manager will deliver exceptional education, partner with customers, and support sales partners to grow and convert the Salon & School business. The role involves facilitating educational classes, coaching independent stylist contractors, and managing budgets.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license
• 5 plus years of hairdressing experience behind the chair
• Experience facilitating, teaching, and presenting
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and, at times, extended hours
• In-depth knowledge of the Beauty and HD industry and local marketplace
• Commercially and sales savvy to coach salon & school owners/managers on business strategy & development
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking with very strong analytical and strategic abilities
• Leading by example, self-initiative and proactive
• In-depth knowledge of Online/Offline Education Professional
• Proficient English skills (in writing and verbally), bilingual Spanish in specific markets
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) and Apple (iPad/apps)
• Proficient with relevant digital/SoMe platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Min. 60% travel time (incl. overnight travel) - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel long distances
• Ability to travel via air multiple times per year
